Inclinometer
– Horizontal ground movements in slopes, landslides, dams and road embankments
– Portable or built-in systems used to monitor displacements in deep excavations, shoring, shafts and tunnels.
Inclinometer systems, in their simplest form, consist of a probe that is passed through inclinometer tubes with high tolerance to displacements and a portable wireless handheld computer to which the probe is connected. The data recorded on this computer can later be transferred to PC software, enabling detailed assessment and monitoring of soil movements and displacements.
In addition to typical vertical inclinometer systems, there are also angled and horizontal inclinometer systems, and ArtGeo Teknik provides supply and supervision services for both portable and built-in inclinometer systems.
